After over eight years of providing world class application security services, Cyber Ninjas has gone out-of-business and has closed its doors effective January 1, 2022. During this time period we not only were able to help companies and organizations improve their security posture, but were also able to feed people in Haiti, deliver Christmas presents to Haiti children, support missions in the U.S. and abroad, train the next generation of Cyber Security professionals with the US Cyber Challenge; and of course, complete the most comprehensive election audit in history, in one of the most difficult political climates our country has ever experienced. Serving others in this manner was our honor.
As we look forward, we are confident the work we did made an impact and was consistent with the Christian values our company and this country were founded upon. It is this foundation that makes America great, and the departing from these God ordained ideals that continues to be the downfall of our nation. Yet, we are reminded in 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” We ask that everyone reading this consider where you’ve missed the mark (sin), turn away from those things (repentance), and humbly call out to the Lord to save our nation. This is how our nation is saved from the self-consuming spiral its in where it no longer matters what is true, but only what is believable; and where everyone is concerned about what everyone else has messed up while they look past what they’re doing that they know is wrong. Change starts with you.
If you believe in what we’ve accomplished and would like to help; I’d ask that you first start by committing to pray every day in this way. Listen to where the Lord would have you involved with action, and get stuff done. If He puts on your heart to help financially, I ask that you consider helping pay the debts Cyber Ninjas was not able to cover, by contributing to the GiveSendGo for StratTech, or by donating to CyFIR via Voices and Votes. With Cyber Ninjas closing these funds are going directly to the vendors, and not passing through us.

If you haven’t read the Cyber Ninjas report, the rebuttal to Maricopa County’s response or our prior report in Antrim Michigan yourself rather than letting someone else tell you what it says, I recommend you do so. Audits strengthen the security and trust of publicly traded companies; it is ridiculous to suggest they should do otherwise for elections.
